These are pewter moving teapot charms on surgical steel French hooks. They measure approximately 15mm wide by 18mm long, or approximately 0.59 inches wide by 0.71 inches long. The earrings hang approximately 1.5 inches long. These teapots actually move, and the lid opens and closes.

Pewter is a soft metal alloy mainly comprised of tin, with copper, antimony, and other elements added for strength. Usually, pewter contains 85-99% tin. It may sometimes contain trace amounts of lead, and therefore, it is not suitable for children. Pewter is usually a silver or antiqued silver color, and it does not oxidize or tarnish easily.
