These are pewter eagle head charms on surgical steel French hooks. The eagle head charms measure approximately 20mm high by 25mm wide, or approximately 0.79 inches high by 0.98 inches wide. The earrings hang approximately 1.75 inches from the top of the ear wire.

Pewter is a soft metal alloy mainly comprised of tin, with copper, antimony, and other elements added for strength. Usually, pewter contains 85-99% tin. It may sometimes contain trace amounts of lead, and therefore, it is not suitable for children. Pewter is usually a silver or antiqued silver color, and it does not oxidize or tarnish easily.
