These are pewter star with moon charms on surgical steel French hooks. They measure approximately 0.5 inches, and the earrings hang approximately 1.2 inches long.

Pewter is a soft metal alloy mainly comprised of tin, with copper, antimony, and other elements added for strength. Usually, pewter contains 85-99% tin.
